 My name is Christian Celia Nava. My goals are to empower others to motivate themselves, building connections, and to flourish in services that make a difference.

Overcoming adversity has blessed me with optimistic thinking, a goal-oriented mindset, and the strength to overcome any future obstacles that might stand in my way.

My journey began in 2006 working as a DSP for Residential Services, DSP for day programs, Activity Coordinator for Assisted Living, Sub-Acute/ Memory Care C.N.A, SNF Social Services, Holistic Healer for Palliative Care, Program Director for Day Programs, and a Business Development Director for a non-profit organization. The understanding I have gained taught me to adapt, evolve, and thrive for ingenious services for adults, families, and in communities.

I am blessed with the opportunity to work with the TEC’s leadership team, impact trainers, and parent impact trainers.  My advanced training and work experience are instrumental in shaping strategies that amplify public awareness, developing indispensable resources for people with diverse abilities and its societal relevance in the world.

My passion is discovering innovative learning techniques, broaden equal opportunities, identifying and overcoming barriers for an enriched life of choice. My skills, compassion, mindfulness, strong ethics, and eagerness to explore, attributes to my success in serving people.

My inspiration comes from my faith, husband, 2 daughters, 1 son, mom, dad, sister, brothers, nieces, nephews, and mentors. Without them I would not be here today.
